Cycling is permitted on
Henry
Hudson Drive from River Road in Edgewater up to and including Alpine Approach
Road. Bicycles must have wheels of at least
24 inches and riders must be over 14
years old, wear helmets, and obey all traffic and park regulations. Bicycles are
also allowed on Old Route 9W (closed to automobile traffic) from U.S.
Route 9W to
State Line Lookout—click

Bicycles are
not permitted on any
hiking trail, walking
path, or cross-country ski trail, the upper portion of
Dyckman Hill Road, the
Palisades Interstate Parkway, or beyond the parking area in
Fort Lee Historic Park.
Violators will receive fines and may receive
points on their licenses.
When a barrier has been put in place by
the Park on any of its roadways, the roadway beyond that barrier is to be
considered closed for all use; those going beyond such a barrier are subject
to prosecution.
