Parking Meter Exemption Guide & Walkthrough

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

  1. Make sure you have photos of your license and registration saved on your computer or device and ready to upload when prompted.
  2. Make sure you have your credit card information ready.
  3. Please take a look at the walk-through below — you may want to leave this tab open to refer back to as you complete the registration process!

You can use this guide for a step-by-step walkthrough...

1) Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and fill in the form.

REMEMBER: Write down your Username and Password... you will need to log back in later to complete your registration! If you see a * it means it is required to fill out that section!

2) Check that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, then click REGISTER.

3) Now click APPLY FOR PERMIT

4) Make sure SENIOR PERMIT is selected

5) Enter your license plate number. DO NOT turn on the subscription payment button. Then click SAVE And CONTINUE.

6) This is where you upload the photos of your license and registration.

7) Click CONFIRM, then click CLOSE. This should take you to your account's home screen.

IMPORTANT!
You are not done with your initial registration! You still have to enter your Credit Card Information:

8) In the upper right corner of your screen, click the down arrow next to your user name, then click PAYMENT OPTIONS.

9) Follow the instructions for entering your Credit Card information.

10) Your initial registration is completed and you can LOG OUT!

NOW IT IS TIME FOR US TO GET TO WORK!

After we have reviewed your documents and approved your application, you will recieve an email asking you to pay your processing fee of $5.00 to complete your application and begin to enjoy your application. Allow at least two business days for approval.

1) Log back into your account with your email address and password. (Make sure you have your credit card handy!)

2) On your home screen, find your permit number and click on it, or click on “SEE DETAILS AND PAY.” (The next screen may take a few moments to load.)

3) Check that your bill is $5.00, then click PERFORM PAYMENT

You will be prompted in the next screen to complete your payment, at which time you may need to enter the CVV number from your credit card. Once your payment is complete, you will be able to download a receipt for your records. When you are sure your payment is complete, you may log out again.

NOTE: There may be a delay of several minutes before the system has processed your payment and updated its data.

Now comes the part when you enjoy the park as often as you like!

You will be able to print out a receipt of your transaction after you have completed your registration process, but this is for your own records only and you will NOT be required to bring this receipt with you to park. Once your exemption is approved, your license plates will be the only permit you need!
